Reactive Dyes

We are the leading manufacturer of Reactive Dyes from india.Reactive Dyes belong to the Fiber Reactive class of dyes, which chemically combine with cellulosic fibers and give brilliant shades with good fastness properties

REACTIVE BRAND DYES

"Vinyl Sulphone" Brands : These are generally employed by semi-continous methods i.e. pad-batch process, although Black B, Turq. Blue G, can be economically used even under long liquor dyeing as for knitwear.

These are relatively less reactive and are employed both for Dying and Printing under stronger alkaline conditions and higher temperatures (60-80 °C). They process better fastness than "M" Brand dyes.

These are specially made for exhaust dying under long liquor ratios. They are less sensitive to Glauber's salt concerntration, time and temp. Dyeings produced are level and fastness characteristics are better when compared to "H" brand reactive dyes. These are largely employed for dyeing knitwear and cellulosic components of polyester/cellulosic blended fabrics. For "HE" dyes exhaust dyeing is carried out in similar way as for "H" brands.

These dyes are specially formulated for exhaust dyeing under long liquors ratios as they are intensitive to electrolyte and liquor ratio variations. They produce dyeings with better levelness and wet fastness.
